Quiet capital.
Considered counsel.
DRAVEK Holdings Ltd is a privately held company offering strategic and management consultancy — with a particular focus on artificial intelligence and data-led operating models — to a select portfolio of operating businesses and long-standing clients. Engagements are by introduction.
A small firm. A long horizon.
DRAVEK works alongside founders, operators and boards on the questions that sit beneath the day-to-day — capital allocation, operating model, governance, the responsible adoption of artificial intelligence, and the route from a credible plan to an executed one. We hold a deliberately limited book of clients so that each receives the depth of attention the work requires.
Advisory work on growth strategy, market entry and corporate structure for principals who already know the question and need an outside hand to pressure-test the answer.
Independent review of operating performance, cost base, governance, reporting and the deployment of AI within the business — producing a written brief that management and shareholders can act on.
Quiet, ongoing oversight of a small number of held interests on behalf of the firm and its principals. Not offered as a stand-alone service.
Privately held. Privately funded.
DRAVEK Holdings Ltd is incorporated in England and Wales under company number 17192223. The firm is funded entirely from its own capital and the capital of its principals, and conducts in-house research into applied artificial intelligence in support of its engagements. It does not accept external investment, does not solicit business, and does not publish case studies, client lists or fee schedules.
Independence
We accept work only where we believe we can be useful and where no conflict exists with an existing engagement. Where a conflict arises, we decline.
Discretion
All engagements are confidential by default. The firm's name does not appear in client materials and we do not list the companies we work with.
Continuity
Our preference is for relationships measured in years. Single, well-defined assignments are accepted where they fit the firm's areas of focus.
Conduct
DRAVEK observes the standards of conduct expected of a UK private company and the obligations attaching to its sector. Our record is held with Companies House.
An applied research programme.
DRAVEK maintains an internal research and development programme directed at the practical application of artificial intelligence, machine learning and data engineering to the questions facing our clients and the businesses we hold. The programme is funded from the firm's own capital and conducted by the firm's principals and engaged specialists.
Development of proprietary artificial-intelligence and agent-based systems intended for use within engagements and held businesses, including work on retrieval, reasoning and decision-support architectures.
Construction of in-house data pipelines, ingestion frameworks and analytical models to support strategic counsel and operational review work, where existing tooling is not sufficient to the question.
Continued investment in the firm's working methods, including evaluation frameworks for AI systems, internal tooling, and the documentation standards by which our written briefs are produced.
Where qualifying activity is undertaken in a given accounting period, DRAVEK intends to claim relief under the United Kingdom's Research and Development tax-relief regime, supported by contemporaneous technical and financial records.
A measured environmental footprint.
DRAVEK is a digital-first firm with a small, distributed team and no permanent office estate. Our environmental footprint is consequently modest, and we manage it deliberately. We expect the application of artificial intelligence to play a meaningful role in our clients' own sustainability agendas, and we aim to hold ourselves to the same standard.
Operations
The firm operates without a fixed office estate, conducts engagements remotely by default, and limits travel to where it is materially required by the work. Equipment is procured for length of service and refurbished where practical.
Compute
Research and AI workloads are run on cloud infrastructure selected, where commercially reasonable, for its published carbon performance. Model training is scheduled in a manner consistent with that selection.
Reporting
DRAVEK does not currently meet the thresholds for mandatory sustainability reporting in the United Kingdom. The firm nevertheless maintains internal records adequate to support voluntary disclosure should it become appropriate.
Conduct
Where the firm or its held interests engage with suppliers and counterparties on sustainability matters, our preference is for evidence over assertion. We do not make claims that we cannot substantiate.
By introduction.
DRAVEK does not publish a general enquiries channel. Existing clients and approved counterparties hold direct lines to their respective principals. Formal correspondence may be addressed to the firm by email.
